Setting up the Zuugie Ball - Field of Play
The Playing Field is in the shape of a capital letter ( T ). The Game board sits at the top of the ( T ). The leg of the ( T ) represents an imaginary line divides the field into a left and right side.

- Striker -X- Throws the ball at the ZB Game Board. The ball will rebound to Fielder -O- on opposing team. Fielder -O- will Pass the ball to his Striker -O-. Then Striker -O - will rebound the ball off the Game Board, Volley begins.
- Its best if the Striker Stands 3 to 4 feet off the center line when throwing the ball at the board.
- Striker should rotate back to the field after each throw. Striker is only allowed to throw a max of 2 balls before they are forced to rotate. Next Fielder steps up to the Striker position.
- When the Striker rotates to the back of the field never turn your back on the the board. Be ready to catch the ball rebounding back from the opposing team.
- Players are in constant motion chasing down balls and rotating positions.
- Points are awarded when the ball hits the ground.
- The Ball must travel at least 6' in the are and not land in the No Drop Zone.
- Game is Played to 11 you must win by - 2 Points.
- Play best out of 3 games, teams must switch side after each game.
- Best if played with even numbers of players on each side. Max of 6 players per team. Teams are allowed to sub in players.
- The most competitive game play is 3 on 3 or 4 on 4.
Note - We recommend you buy new balls once a year. Balls do ware down and become smooth and harder to catch during aggressive play.
